this is a 150cc cylinder head with a broken exhaust stud, the customer tried to fix it drilling the stud but he ended drilling on the side of the stud,he almost screwed the head then,i removed patiently the broken stud ,clean the whole area, filled with aluminum by means of welding making a new base to do a new thread, drilled ,threaded,2 new studs and its on service again

if you are using an stroker crankshaft, not always you need to use a spacer to lift the cylinder to add the lost clearance caused by the new crankshaft,up to +3mm stroker is safe to notch the piston, ssometimes is better because the engine gets higher compression 63mm +3mm stroke

some guys try to bore gy6 cases by hand, some with more luck than others, but the true is you can ruin a new big bore cylinder easily that way,or sometimes the whole engine, its better to be done by a professional once and for all

This bike was stretched by a guy from orlando fl that im not going to identify, the owner went through some railroad tracks and BANG! the welding that holds the "motor mounts" broke, you can see the results, you can imagine if this guy was at 60 mph?guys be careful with the mods you or somebody else do to your bike, you can get killed! you can believe that they welded just two square pipes to hold the motor in place? the right way to do it,all tig welded
